Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. No code needed — the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
When will my order ship?
We process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping typically takes 6 to 12 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal.
Are all items returnable?
No, Final Sale items, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Items purchased with a discount code can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus a €10 return label fee. If you choose store credit or exchange, the return label fee is waived.
How do I exchange an item?
We offer standard and instant exchanges. Instant exchanges require credit card pre-authorization. Exchanged items can only be returned once and will be eligible for store credit.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that prepaid return labels are only available for Australian orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping and will receive store credit upon return.
